1. Pure Workmanship Code

If any pipe joints leak, shingle pieces shift under normal wind, or bathroom tiles leak under standard operations due to technician installation error, USA Elite Services corrects the structural element entirely with zero service charge.

2. Diagnostic Fee Transparency

Our local site diagnostic checks are free of charge. If a customer cancels a scheduled permanent repair after materials have been staged on-site, a standard trucking recovery fee may apply in written agreement.
